  • A very seductive wine, the copper hued 2008 Celestina is lighter in color, but brighter and fruitier than the 2007 interpretation. This wine jumps out with aromas of ripe peach, kiwi, strawberry and floral elements. A shorter cold soak on this "metodo ramato" Pinot Grigio resulted in less tannin and a more plush, fruit forward mouth feel. Sip or serve with your favorite first course, especially grilled vegetables – including asparagus and artichoke!

  • While barrel aging creates more creaminess and smoothness, including a really great rich finish, the exceptional fruit of these grapes still shines through. Pinot Grigio is meant to drink cold, which makes it refreshing, but try this version a little warmer to bring out more of the rich and creamy aspects and the spicy finish. This is a thoroughly enjoyable wine we are happy to offer our customers. About 210 cases made.
